This is an overview of all authorised sales points in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

When you buy your perfumes from one of these outlets, you are assured that you are purchasing a product that is not an imitation product, stolen, old or otherwise defective. In addition, these points of sale give you the right advice about the products.

All these points of sale are personally selected by AAFKES.

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your product that you have purchased from one of these authorised points of sale, you can rest assured that your problem will be solved in the correct manner.

BEWARE OF FAKE PRODUCTS AND SELL ON UNAUTHORISED WEBSITES.

Be wary of selling (imitation) perfumes, decants and samples on unauthorised websites, subscription websites or in stores that are not listed in the overview. These can be cheap, synthetic imitations, old products or even stolen products. Or these are products that are not made by the perfume houses.

Our partners (the perfume houses of which we are the official distributor) strive to stop all sales of counterfeit and “black market” products of the brands we distribute.

The first priorities of the brands we distribute, AAFKES and our authorised points of sale have always been and will always be consumer safety and customer satisfaction. Which is why we want to warn you about (counterfeit) products and sales on unauthorised websites and stores.

We are aware that unauthorised websites and stores sell products that resemble or may resemble the brands officially distributed by us, for example by forging logos and authorisation seals, to mislead innocent consumers. The products sold on these websites may have been opened, stolen, used, or unwrapped, or have a damaged box (or no box at all), and have no or false control or batch numbers, or may have been stored incorrectly at some point causing damage to the perfumes. 

To protect the consumer from stolen, old perfumes or products that due to advancing science, are not allowed to be sold anymore or fake (which can be dangerous for your health due to illegal use of ingredients), we advise you to always buy your perfumes at authorised points of sale. For the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg you can find these on this page.

Because only then you can be 100% sure you buy a genuine, safe and high quality product which complies to EU regulations.

Stay away from (online-) shops who are offering perfumes without batch codes or decoded perfumes or selling testers. They can and never will tell you where they get their products from. And therefore can and never will guarantee the origin. Authorised points of sale will always refer to AAFKES if they would be asked where they purchase the products they sell. 

Removing batch codes is dangerous and illegal. According to the EU cosmetics regulation 1223/2009 Chapter VI Consumer information Article 19E: it is mandatory to show batch codes on perfumes boxes (and bottles) to identify the product. And therefore inform and protect the consumers.

Also (large) price differences can be an indication that you may be dealing with these products. These products may be counterfeit or tampered with or even stolen. Trading websites cannot guarantee the authenticity and origin of the products sold on their websites, nor can we, as the official distributor of the brands, guarantee the authenticity and origin of products sold on unauthorised websites and in shops.

Ask yourself if it would be worth your health buying your perfumes at non-authorised (online-)shops. And would you want to contribute to a market which is not transparant and who performs illegal activities?

The only way to stop counterfeit, tampering, or stolen products from being sold is to purchase the products directly from one of the authorised points of sale. If you have purchased a product that resembles one of the brands distributed by AAFKES, or appears to have been tampered with or does not contain original packaging, please provide us with the information of your purchase so that you can assist us in the fight against (counterfeit -) products and their sale on unauthorised websites and shops.

Even if a store or web store states that they are authorised (for example in English, CERTIFIED SHOP or the designation CUSTOMER CERTIFIED), this does not mean that they are actually authorised. You will find the only authorised points of sale and web shops in the overview on this page.
