Purchasing Advice for Consumers
We advise consumers to purchase perfumes exclusively through authorised retail partners and official webshops. Only then can you be certain of an authentic, safe and high-quality product that complies with applicable EU regulations.

Perfumes offered via non-authorised websites, platforms or retail outlets may differ from the original product. This may include, for example, products that have been improperly stored, previously opened, lack a valid batch code, or are not offered in their original packaging. In such cases, origin and quality cannot be guaranteed.

Batch Codes and Consumer Safety
According to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, Article 19, perfume packaging must display a batch code. This code is essential for product identification, traceability and consumer protection. Products without a batch code, or with an unreadable or removed batch code, do not meet these requirements.

Price Differences
Significant price deviations may indicate that products have not been obtained through regular distribution channels. As the official distributor, we can only guarantee the authenticity and provenance of products sold through our authorised retail partners.
